As part of our birthday-extravaganza-roadtrip, we stopped at the Pottery Barn Outlet. It was my first time at a PB outlet, and, while I wouldn’t say it was life changing, it was pretty fun and we did score some deals. Prices, while better than regular Pottery Barn prices, weren’t fantastic, but we shopped the clearance sections at the outlet store. We ended up getting a set of 4 cloth napkins (multicolored stripe) for about $6 and this new duvet cover for $55.
It’s VERY similar to the one we got for a wedding gift, but I think the colors lean more youthful (as opposed to our last duvet cover, which almost leaned “granny”).
As you can see, we haven’t done anything yet to our master bedroom. We’re dreaming of the day we can expand into the smallest bedroom (on the back of the house–lake view!) and put up a wall right about down the middle of the bed to put in a large walk-in closet.
But those are scary renovations, so we need to hone our DIY skills a bit more. :)
